Getting you out of your head, and into your body! Unwind and relax with me or fix a problem with Integrated Sport or Therapeutic massage designed to reduce tension, relieve pain, and invoke deep relaxation. Customised based on our conversation we will have before we begin. This can Include multiple techniques and pressure varying from light to deep, depending on your preference. I am happy to utilise deeper and detailed work on specific areas of the body if requested. Hot stones and other add ons available.
